Afternoon Session (4-5pm)

Zone 2 on Echo Bike 45 minutes at HR of 138 average.

Feedback: Felt good even with the 8 mile run yesterday. Performing later in day always feels better from the extra calories throughout the day.

Strength Session- Upper Body (5-6pm)
