Morning Run (~7:30am-8:50am)

8 miles at 9:47/mile pace. HR average about 145bpm.

Feedback: Most mileage I have done without stopping in this training phase. Felt good overall. Kept workload at about zone 2 pace. Less stiffness in the hips and lower legs as I continue to adapt to the running volume. Took ~1 hour and 18 minutes. Mostly flat and on pavement.
