- Reasoning:
- Improve aerobic efficiency and overall health without adding exercise bodily fatigue. I have no fancy reasoning for the morning workout other than I want to get it over with. Also have to run a business and I have to take care of my daughter on Tuesdays while my wife catches up on patient notes.

None today. Off to take care of daughter all afternoon.
